"I've had 2 occasions to get parts from RV Trader one for the water heater and one for the toilet. On my last visit, not only was Daniel helpful, he also went the further step of calling one of the service guys to the front for further advice. This was also done on my first visit as well. I think it is great when the staff take the time to further reassure the customer on what needs to be done and how to do it properly. You definitely are my "go to guys" while we are in Phoenix. "Jerry Sanders and Dakota Construction planned and built our AZ room to complete satisfaction.
Any add ons were explained and completed as agreed up. Jerry was always up front in explaining what was going to be the cost.
My wife and I would recommend Jerry to any persons thinking about having an AZ room built
The entire room was started and completed in 12 days.(not 3 months as some are) Plus workmanship was excellent.

"it was hard to believe but i found a place where honesty, integrity, and a hand shake still means something. if you are in the market for an RV, then do yourself a favor and stop at RV Traders and let this great staff take good care of you.
However if you are into drama and BS then don't waste your time, you won't find that here...... best price i could find when looking for a used RV. "

"We just purchased a Cavco Park Model from RV Traders and we love the
quality, as well as, the looks of our Platinum Elite. The only thing
better then our model was working with RV Traders.
We shopped around but fortunately, we went with RV Traders, and purchased
a great Park Model and we got a super deal. RV Traders (in particular
Kathy, and her friendly staff) were a pleasure to work with. Their expert
knowledge, professionalism, service, and most important guidance to a
first time Park Model purchaser like us were outstanding and greatly
appreciated. They not only helped us with our Park Model selection (which
we love) but also guided us through and personally took care of securing
our required permits, keeping us abreast of our Village and City
ordinances, and zoning requirements.
RV Traders worked with us, helped with our financing, AC selection, and
others important aspects that we did not even consider. (We did not know
that purchasing a too large of an AC unit was almost as bad as purchasing
a too small of a unit.)
If you are a seasoned buyer or a first time buyer, you definitely need to
go with RV Traders.

"Bob Malec was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out our model. As a first time buyers, he went through the process and informed us about how to purchase and what to look for. At no time was there any pressure given to us to buy from him or RV Traders. Pat and Jack were also extremely helpful working with our Credit Union to facilitate and complete this purchase. We looked at several dealerships and came to the conclusion that the only place to by an RV is at RV Traders. Their honesty and integrity went a long way with us.
