 RV Traders Service Departments carry on a tradition of excellence that began in the middle 1980's, when RV Traders was the first dealership to offer radio-dispatched service trucks for in-park service department on park models. Our service departments are the main component of our "Customer Satisfaction Team," starting with our full and thorough PDI, or pre-delivery inspection, coupled with a walk-through of the RV, to famliarize the buyers with the operation of the many systems and appliances involved. Park Model buyers will find that nearly all problems are addressed prior to delivery of the home. Custom ordered homes are inspected at the factory prior to pick-up. Then before delivery to the site, every appliance and system is tested. Ceiling fans and light bulbs are installed. The home is hooked up to water,electric and sewer and the technician follows an extensive check list, performing whatever tests are necessary to be sure everything works properly. The home is then cleaned inside & the exterrior is washed prior to delivery by our own very experienced drivers.
