If I Purchase A New Park Model, How Soon Can I Expect To Move In?
In most cases, if you purchase a home from stock, local delivery around our Mesa and Apache Junction, Arizona locations can be arranged in a week or 10 days. Delivery and basic set-up are a one day affair. We bring it out in the morning, furniture is delivered in the afternoon, and you're sleeping in your new bed that night.
What If I Don't Find Exactly What I Want In Stock?
No problem! One of our experienced park model specialists can special order exactly what you want. Usually we receive it and prep it for delivery within 6-8 weeks.
Can I Finance My New Park Model?
Absolutely. With good credit and a small down payment, RV Traders can help you obtain a simple interest loan at competitive rates. No points, no prepayment penalties. We even offer our credit application online.
Can I Trade My Existing RV or Park Model?
You bet! We take trades, paid for or not. As a full-line RV dealer, we can often give you a better trade in than other dealers.

RV Traders stocks several Arizona Room compatible park models at all times. Our experienced staff can help you select a model and floor plan that will best utilize the lot space you have available. We can also recommend licensed contractors.
Can I Place My Park Model On Private Property?
That depends. We suggest that you check with city and/or county officials regarding any zoning restrictions for the state of Arizona. Remember, most jurisdictions differentiate between park models and manufactured homes.
Will RV Traders Deliver My Park Model Out Of State?
RV Traders has arranged for delivery throughout the western United States many times. Set-up crews are available in all but the most remote areas.
What About Harsh Winter Weather?
RV Traders specifies heavy insulation upgrades in all our Cavco park models. The hot Arizona summer weather requires good insulation, just as cold weather does. Dual-Pane windows are now standard on all RV Traders new park models.
